MARINE HOSPITAL
The 1859 Marine Hospital will be rehabilitated using original drawings, specifications, and existing materials. It will contain 3 guest suites, a breakfast room, wine bar, and exhibit space.

WINERY & VINEYARD
The working winery will have a tasting room, terrace, and small production facility - surrounded by 10 acres of vineyard. The building will be constructed using a repurposed barn structure.

COTTAGES
120 cottages have been designed to relate to the natural environment and views. They will be located in the areas near the vineyard, the ravine, the hillside, and the Marine Hospital.

MAIN BUILDING & GARDENS
The Main Building will contain 20 hotel rooms, a restaurant, a pool and spa, and wedding / banquet facility for 300 people. The building will be set within a 4-acre garden.

TRAILS
When completed, the Parker will have 2-1/2 miles of hiking and biking trails connected to the Galena River Trail at a point less than a mile from downtown Galena.

INFRASTRUCTURE
The project will be connected to the City’s water and sewer system. The design and construction of the water & sewer systems and the roads will be paid for by Bien Vie at no cost to the City.
