MARINE HOSPITAL

The Marine Hospital, originally constructed in 1859, has been vacant for decades. The building will be rehabilitated and the porches rebuilt. All work will reference the original drawings and specifications and be in keeping with the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.

The Marine Hospital will contain 3 guest suites, a breakfast room, wine bar, and exhibit space. Portions of the Marine Hospital will be open to the public.
