Landscaping at The Parker will include prairie areas, ornamental gardens, vineyards, orchards, and woodlands.

Xeriscaping principals incorporating drought-tolerant plants will be used to reduce the need for irrigation.

Detention ponds and cascading pools will be incorporated throughout the project for stormwater management.

Existing woodland areas will be preserved and managed. Additional trees will be planted throughout the property.
